Large contemporary air-conditioned house located 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Saint Rémy de Provence. You can enjoy the swimming pool, the pétanque area and the Alpilles for hikes or bike rides. The house enjoys an exceptional view of the Alpilles. The accommodation is located in a quiet area.
This 530 m² holiday home with 9 bedrooms 18 to 20 beds, 2 kitchens, 6 bathrooms is an old country house, renovated into a contemporary villa by an interior designer.
Ground floor: Large bright space with lounge areas, open kitchen, relaxation areas with billiards, table football, TV lounge. A wing with 2 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen and a bathroom.
On the 1st floor a large master suite with its bathroom and its 100 m² terrace and 2 large double bedrooms each with their own private bathroom.
Upper floor on the 2 wings each with 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom, one of the bedrooms has a terrace with a superb view of the Alpilles.
A magnificent garden with several sheltered corners. A large poolhouse with its terrace and 12 x 6 m swimming pool (heated from March to November), a bar with plancha, a pétanque court, a multisport court (half-court of tennis, basketball, football, volleyball and handball ).
