General Description

This property is perfect for those who love the old stones with a Provençal charm. This Mas is fully modernised and decorated in of shades of beige, white and gray consisting of living area of 450 m2. On the ground floor offers a large summer living of 28m2 (fitted with an 80 cm flat-screen TV, satellite dish, Video player) with a large window overlooking the garden of 2,000 m2. It also has a winter living room of 21 m2 equipped with a hi-fi system and TV of 56 cm. A further living room is perfect for youngsters of 16m2 overlooking the terrace shaded by a pergola. Between these three living areas, you will go into the dining room of 31 m2 overlooking the garden, a fully-equipped kitchen (20m2 - with two dishwashers oven, microwave, two refrigerators one of them with a freezer, gas hotplate, coffee-maker) and a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, steam iron unit, ironing board). On the first floor access via two different staircases, there are 6 double bedrooms/ bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 to 14 guests.

Adjoining the farmhouse with its own private terrace and garden (separation from the farmhouse Mas by a plant hedge) there is an Annex. The accommodation includes an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, a shower room, a living room, an equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a multipurpose oven. You can also find an enclosed garage.

You will take advantage of the views of the Little Luberon in a secured swimming pool of 55 m2 (with a perimeter alarm, the garden surrounding the swimming pool is enclosed with a wire netting and a hedge, depth from 1.20 to 1.70 m, a wide pool-side area with shaded terrace, outdoor shower). The pool is heated from April to October. Under the swimming pool shelter there is a summer kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, hotplate, table and chairs. There are beautiful large lawns, flowers and trees such mulberry trees, bay trees and an olive grove of 10 hectares as far as the eye can see. Also, there is a large private parking space and a carport behind the farmhouse Mas.

This property is ideally located to visit the region surrounded by some of the most stunning villages in the Luberon such as Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes, Fontaines de Vaucluse, also the pretty village of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its canals, narrow streets and antiques market, all within 15 to 20 km. It is a must to visit.

For a change of pace, the wonderfully vibrant and historic town of Avignon, with its magnificent Palais du Papes, is one of the architectural wonders of France at just 25 kilometres away and would make an ideal day trip.
