This newly renovated 18th century farmhouse of 450 sqm accommodates up to 10 / 12 guests and is located 2 km away from St Rémy de Provence village center. Protected by a large enclosed garden, this farmhouse has been magnificently refurbished. The house is built on 2 levels and it offers a spacious kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and a piano, 5 bedrooms and outside, a small summer kitchen, heated pool 14 x 6m and a beautiful large garden.

This authentic and rural Provencal farmhouse is a haven of peace, subtle blend of ancient charm and modern comfort. The living areas are filled with sunlight, the large living room 70 sqm with its central fireplace, piano and comfortable furnishing. The kitchen is fully equipped with semi-professional equipment and is an invitation to gastronomy. There is a utility room. There are 5 spacious bedrooms including a master with en-suite bathroom and two further bathrooms with bath and shower.

Outside there is a large garden with a heated pool 14 x 6 m, plenty of shade with parasols or under the shade of the pool house. There is also a gipsy caravan. The village is reachable by bike within 10 minutes.

Local Area / Activities

St Remy-de-Provence is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants. On its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer you the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence, considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France', Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès. There are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive, to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue's unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.
