General Description

In an incredible setting just a few steps from a charming little harbour and with stunning sea-views and an indoor swimming pool, this villa offers an exceptional place to relax in this beautiful part of Brittany.

The panoramic windows across the first-floor contemporary living space allow guests to make the most of this spectacular location with views of the sea around you. Watching the sun rise in the morning is a magical experience and as the day passes you’ll see the tides come and go, as do the fishing boats moored in the small port.

Sip coffee gazing out towards the sea on the balcony outside or dine with good friends and family on the wonderful terrace overlooking the harbour. On cooler evenings enjoy the warmth of the fireplace in this convivial setting whilst making the most of the magnificent views from the elegant dining table, leather sofas or American style open-plan kitchen.

There are four modern en-suite bedrooms, all with parquet flooring and two of which have lovely sea-views. Rather decadent features include a spa-bath and spa-shower in a couple of the rooms as well as bathrobes for all guests.

The owners have also provided other thoughtful touches such as binoculars in the living room, bikes including seats for children and Guy Cotton fishing jackets and boots as well as a rake and net. A breakfast of croissants and bread will be left out for your first morning and you can even arrange for the owners to take care of your meal on the evening of your arrival.

Not forgetting the glorious indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, a wonderful place to totally unwind no matter what weather comes your way. Sliding doors lead straight out on to the garden and decked terrace where you can enjoy barbecues on summer evenings amongst the fragrant plants in the enclosed grounds.

You are a stone's throw away from the little fishing port where you can usually catch a boat excursion to Batz Island in July and August or simply admire the boats bobbling along. There are a couple of restaurants you can walk to where you can enjoy freshly caught seafood as well as a surfing school within a ten-minute stroll.

As well as beautiful beaches within walking distance along the Finistère coastline, it’s just under 5km to one of Brittany's most idyllic beaches, according to locals, with vast sands and turquoise coloured waters. Watersport enthusiasts will appreciate the great diversity of activities within a short drive from kayaks to kite-surfing, not to mention sand-yachting nearby when the tide is out.

There are golf, horse-riding, tennis and some amazing hiking and cycling opportunities across Brittany. This region also offers charming and historical towns to visit such as Roscoff and Morlaix as well as the fascinating city of Brest in under an hour.

Yet you may not wish to leave your nautically-inspired architect's villa taking time to appreciate harbour life and the exceptional views of the incredible Breton coastline.
