The Master bath has a claw foot tub, a 5'x6' Italian rain shower, and a fireplace.

The right wing consists of a Master Suite with a flat screen television, DVD, seating area, games, toys and a full bath.

The left wing consists of two guest rooms with king size beds, one with a flat screen television, computer, printer, fax, full cable and internet access, a fully equipped gym with a television and guest bath

The house has air conditioning throughout, a safe, indoor/outdoor music system, CNN, 5 televisions, cordless telephones, a high chair.

The Guest house:

Consists of a daybed, small kitchen, eating area and a loft with a queen size bed, bath, flat screen television, cordless telephones, air condition, music system and walkie talkie communication to and from the main house.

The property is situated one street off the beginning of the centre of town - about an 8 minute walk to the centre so you have all the amenities of the town to hand.

Saumur is of course famous for its delicious wine, but this small town is also known for its excellent restaurants, speciality shops, music festivals and a multitude of activities, including canoeing and kayaking, which keep it vibrant and exciting as well as beautiful. All of these delights are on the doorstep and just an easy stroll away. Not far from the town are also wineries, châteaux, a national horse-riding school, bike and walking trails, museums and much more.
