Tucked within the rural seclusion of an apple tree orchard, this 19th century stone farmhouse is just 15 minutes from Montpellier and the glorious beaches of the Mediterranean coast.

Many of Provence's beautiful villages and sites are also nearby, such as Nîmes, Sète, the Camargue and La Route des Vins.

Renovated with a stylish modern design and a neatly maintained garden featuring olive trees and centered around a 4x7 m private swimming pool, this house perfectly marries 21st century living with French country tradition.

Accommodation Facilities

The property was renovated in a style that marries its natural charm with 21st century comfort. Light and south facing, this characterful property has 110 square metres of living space and sleeps a maximum of six.

Bedrooms:
Tranquility reigns on the first floor, where three tastefully decorated bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet are situated. Two of the bedrooms have views across the apple trees, while the other is on a mezzanine floor above the living room. Two of the rooms can be furnished with either a double bed or two singles; the third has a double bed. All have good storage space.

All beds have cotton sheets, and for cooler nights there are woolen blankets. The bathroom has a bath tub, towels, a hairdryer and a selection of toiletries.

Garden and swimming pool:
At the front of the house is a private garden with its own 4 by 7 metres private swimming pool (approx. 100-foot) which is used only by the occupants of the house. Both the garden and pool are regularly maintained. The 500 square metre garden with a pool will provide hours of fun and adventure, whilst minimalist decor and modern furnishings make this a very easy house to live in with kids.

Kitchen and living room occupied all the ground floor. with great huge glassdoor to access to the garden.

Additional Notes:
Arrival time: Between 4 and 8 pm. Late check-in fees apply as follows: €25 for arrivals 8-9.45 pm, €50 for arrival 9.45-11.30 pm and €100 for arrivals after 11.30 pm.
Heating costs included (in winter).
End of stay cleaning: 120€ paid locally in cash upon arrival.
Linen and towels included. Any linen/towel change at extra cost on request: €15 per linen set and €10 per towel set (one big, one small).
Pets not allowed.
Maid service (€25/hour).

Local Area / Activities

Mudaison is a small village of 2 500 inhabitants, situated on the edge of the Petite Camargue, between apple orchards and manades (bull farms).
The Mas is 400 meters (five minutes' walk) from the village centre, where there are a number of small shops (bakery, mini-supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent/tobacconists).
A food market is held in the village twice a week.
Massane International Golf course is at 4km.
Montpellier 20 minutes, Nimes 20 minutes, Arles 40 minutes
