This exclusive 18th century luxury Provencal farmhouse with pool is situated with breathtakingly views of Mont Ventoux the Comtat Venais countryside, nestle in its own valley with four hectares of secluded grounds and only 3 km from charming village of Pernes-les-Fontaines.
This former 18th century provincial farm has been fully restored to the highest standard offering a luxurious modern living experience for up to 12 guests. Meticulously decorated with shades of cream and neutral colours, adorned with collector antique pieces, and restyled family furniture, this fabulous property oozes charm.
This is a traditional Provencal house that has 6 bedrooms with 4 shower rooms and one bathroom, a country-style kitchen and a comfy living area with access to the lovely courtyard centred around a magnificent old olive tree. There are three outdoor areas, a grand pergola in the courtyard surrounded by lush vegetation, a spacious summer terrace attached to the farmhouse and pool house and, a large covered patio overlooking the impressive pool.
