This characteristic property of 1 ha, is situated along a river and comprises the owner's house, the Mazet, a holiday home of 40 m2 for 2 persons, and the Mas, a 120 m2 holiday home for 4/6 persons, plus the common swimming pool.

The Mazet offers a cosy living area, fully equipped kitchen, WC, bedroom with large double bed (twin beds also possible) and bathroom. In front of the house a nice and shady place to sit with garden furniture, with view of the pool.

Located midway between Avignon and Carpentras, the Capucins are situated in the heart of Provence. You will be able to discover in the near surroundings the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Monts du Vaucluse, the Mont Ventoux, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Avignon, the Luberon, Saint Rémy and the Alpilles, the Camargue.
