The apartment is situated 50 metres from the edge of the Mediterranean in "Les Batteries", a residential estate on the southern edge of Collioure, the most picturesque town on France's Cote Vermeille. Collioure is a wonderful centre for family holidays or a get-away-from-it-all break.

The airy apartment sleeps four in two bedrooms with the possibility of another two in the main living room. The apartment comprises a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer; bathroom and separate w.c.; one double and one twin bedroom, large sitting room/dining room with sofa bed.The sun terrace overlooks the beach and Mediterranean and has views into the harbour of Collioure.There is a secure underground garage parking space with electronic entry key.The apartment is fully supplied with with all necessary fittings, crockery, utensils and has the benefit of T.V., Video player and stereo system. Area/Local Activities

Collioure is known as the most picturesque town in South Western France. It enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate with 320 days sunshine per year. The town is situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees about 26 km from Perpignan and only 20 km from Spain. The town has a beautiful sheltered harbour with five sandy beaches surrounded by magnificent castles and monuments dating from the 13th to 17th centuries. Local sights range from the perfect sandy beaches all the way along the coast to Perpignan and beyond, to the castles and towns of the foothills of the Pyrenees. The Spanish border is a few kilometres away and Barcelona only 90 minutes by car.
