1. French Maison accepts advertisements in good faith and is in no way liable for any inaccuracies or misleading information provided by the owner of properties on the website.

2. French Maison offers an advertising service and cannot be held responsible for any contract made between the advertiser and their client.

3. Booking of properties is the sole responsibility of the owner.

4. French Maison reserves the right to amend any advertising copy to comply with the
format of the site.

5. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure they have the right to reproduce any photographs or digital images which they supply to us.

6. It is the responsibility of the property owner to update prices and dates or to instruct French Maison to make the amendments. French Maison are happy to make changes to the advertisment
at any time throughout the year, free of charge.

7. Refunds may be discussed at the discretion of our management.

8. French Maison cannot be held liable for any loss or damages howsoever incurred, including consequential losses such as lost income, in connection with advertising on the French Maison website.

9. Once material has been posted on the French Maison website, it becomes the property of
French Maison and may not be copied from the website without written permission.

10. French Maison will endeavour to ensure that the website is available on the internet at all
times. Some breaks in service are unavoidable and therefore we are unable to guarantee 100% availability.
