French Maison offers two types of service to help you rent your holiday property.
1. Advertise your property on our website for an annual fee and arrange your own holiday bookings.
2. Advertise your property on our website for free and we will arrange your holiday bookings for a 10% fee of the total rental income.
In both options we do not handle your money. The deposit and the rental income are paid directly to the property owner by the rental client. Any rental contract entered into for the letting of any of the properties on the French Maison website is between the rental client and the owner of the property.
Option 1
To advertise your property and arrange your own holiday bookings, our rates are:
£85.00 per annum for the first property.
£35.00 per annum for each additional property.
You can:-
• Create your own advertisement which is quick and easy.
• View your property advertisement before making your payment.
• Up to 10 photographs for each property.
• Update your property details yourself whenever you like.
• An availability calendar which you can update yourself.
Option 2
To advertise your property and we arrange your holiday bookings for a 10% fee, we:-
• Load your property details and photos onto our website for you (to be approved by you and we make any necessary amendments).
• Take enquiries and contact you to confirm availability. (Although we would hope the Availability Calendar will be kept up to date, we will always double check availability with you and your interest in the booking).
• Once the client would like to proceed, and you agree to take the booking, we will email you confirmation of the booking request, together with the client’s contact information.
• We will then invoice you for 10% of the total rental cost, to be paid within 14 days, giving you time to collect the client’s deposit.
• Your property will regularly be featured on our Home Page.
How to Advertise
Option 1
• You first need to register giving your name, address, email address and a password of your choice.
• Once you have registered, you will then be in your Advertisement Area. Click on the 'Create Property' link and you can start loading your property information.
• You can upload your photos in 'Manage Images'. (Ideally, photos being uploaded should be approximately 400 x 300 pixels).
• You can enter as many properties as you like by clicking 'Create Property' each time in your Advertisement Area.
• You can view your property advert before you pay to check that you are happy with it. Once you have paid, the property will then be live on the website.
• Once you have Created a Property, you will be able to return to your Advertisement Area at any time to:
Edit your property (includes your Availability Calendar)
Manage your photos
View your property
Pay for your Advertisement/Renewal
Make Feature (pay £10 for your property to appear on the Home page for 1 week)
Edit your account details
Option 2
You need to contact us and we carry out all the necessary registration and data input. After that you are able to access your property as option 1 above.
