How to Advertise your French Holiday Property

At French Maison:-

Our aim is to provide a quality, clear and uncluttered website to make searching for a French holiday property simple and enjoyable.
We work hard to promote your individual property. We aim to get your individual property page high up on the search results.
For you the owner, enquiries come direct to you, allowing you complete control to deal with your own bookings.
To advertise your property our rates are: £85 for 12 months
(£35 for each additional property).

As an advertiser you can:-

Create your own advertisement which is quick and easy.
Advert includes a description, photos, map, places of interest, availability calendar and link to your own website.
Load up to 10 photographs for each property.
Update your property details yourself whenever you like.
Update your Availability Calendar whenever you like.
View your property advertisement before making your payment.
Make your property a Featured Property on the Home Page any time at £20 for 1 month.

How to advertise:-

You first need to register giving your name, address, email address and a password of your choice.
Once you have registered, you will then be in your Advertisement Area. Click on the 'Create Property' link and you can start loading your property information.

You don't have to complete your advert all in one go, you can save and return any time. Click 'Update Property' at the bottom of the page to save.
You can upload your photos in 'Manage Images'. (Ideally, photos being uploaded should be approximately 400 x 300 pixels).
You can enter as many properties as you like by clicking 'Create Property' each time in your Advertisement Area.
You can view your property advert before you pay to check that you are happy with it. Once you have paid, the property will then be live on the website.
Once you have Created a Property, you will be able to return to your Advertisement Area at any time to:

Edit your property (includes your Availability Calendar)
Manage your photos
View your property
Pay for your Advertisement/Renewal
Make Feature (pay £20 for your property to appear on the Home page for 1 month
Edit your Account details
