Three bedrooms one room with a double bed other room with two single beds and the other having bunk beds. Enabiling the house to sleep six people altogether very comfortably.

Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine. There is a table and chairs in here too or you can eat on the large terrace.
Living Rooms:
Living Room - wood fire for use in the winter months which glows beautifully at night while heating the whole house. A Dining table which sits eight people and is situated by the terrace windows for great views of the country and local bird life. Corner settee which also converts into a bed to sleep two adults. TV with satellite channels and stereo.

Utility room has a washing machine for your own use Rotary washing line provided in the lower part of the garden all lining and towels are provided and ironing facilities are provided as well.
Outside:
The exterior of the holiday villa has a large garden area overlooking the vineyards of Languedoc Roussillon. A barbecue and a nine metre by six metre swimming pool along with a large terrace, which is superb for eating out on during the day and evening with an awning for shade if required.
