Our new villa is built according to the architectural way of traditionnal indian feng shui. We have used earth from our land for the inside walls and to make sun dried bricks. The house is surounded by a pleasant wood gangway on the west and north side with large view on the village and the hills. Plenty of sunny space around the house, garden chairs and table for outdoor meals. Perfect place for resting, relaxing and pleasant walks on the hills. Visit the rare beauty of Pays Cathare, e.g Gorges de Galamus, the old city of Carcassonne , the mysterious village of Rennes le Chateau, the therms of Rennes les bains, the medieval village of Mirepoix and so many more amazing places. Wilh a little luck, you may even see some cute rabits running around the property.

1 suite of 33 m2 including entrance, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom of 20 m2 has a modern earth floor, facing south and has a private terrasse.
1 bedroom of 14 m2 with attached bathroom and dry ecological toilet, facing east with its own terrasse.

The bathroom of the suite is equipte with 1 bath, 1 sink and has a door going on the gangway on the west side.
The bathroom of the other bedroom is equipte with 1 shower, 1 sink with vanity unit, large miror. and a dry ecological toilet.
Kitchen:
Well equiped kitchen with adjoining dining room and terrasse on the east side. 3 ring electric stove, oven, fridge and large cupboards.
Living Rooms:
30 m2 south facing living and dining room with heating stove. Confortable sofas, dining table and chairs. North side view on the village of Donazac from the living room and a beautiful garden on the south side.
