Light and spacious this delightful house is a great place from which to base a holiday in this interesting area of France. The wonderful thing about Pech Bernou is that there is separate self contained accommodation provided in the 'Bread Oven' (which had been the local bar/cafe for years) if you want Grandma and Grandad to come along or for the teenagers to have more independence .

2 double bedrooms, one in the 'Bread Oven'
2 twin rooms, one of which is large enough to accomodate a cot too
Bathrooms:
2 in the main house and a separate toilet, also 1 in the 'Bread Oven'
Kitchen:
Large and bright, the kitchen is part of an open plan room, it is well equipped and the layout means that the chef can be part of the action.There is also a small kitchen in the 'Bread Oven' too.
Living Rooms:
A separate cosy lougne provides a separate room for watching TV or reading; again there is a small lounge in the 'Bread Oven' too.
Other Rooms:
Cleaning/Towels/Linen etc:
Linen and towels are provided and are included in the rental charge.
Outside:
The garden is across the green, connected to the 'Bread Oven'. They are fenced and gated, mature and well maintained. The private pool is set within the gardens .

There are several bike available for you to use at your own risk, but on which you can explore the area - if you can drag yourself away from the pool!

Ideally situated between the medieval villages of Najac and Corde sur Ciel and 20 minutes from the vibrant market town of Villefrance and the spectacular St Antonin Noble Val, there is easy access to restaurants, shops and the renowned traditional markets - assuming you can drag yourself away from the pool.
Parisot and it's Lake are near enough for all the day to day requirements as well as being host to numerous events throughout the season.
