The spacious Living/Dining room has a beautiful view through the large picture window. The kitchen is fully fitted with full size cooker fridge and micro wave with shared washing machine.

The small friendly village of Le Sourn, offers Pharmacy Boulangerie Tabac Restaurant Bars and Small supermarket. with a 5 mins. drive you are in the heart of Historic Pontivy which is set on the banks of the River Blavet. formerly known as Napoleonville with its mix of Napoleonic and Medieval architecture this is a lovely place to window shop and visit the market on Mondays. All amenities are here, including free weekly concerts in July and August. the local Golf course is 3 kilometres. Canoeing Cycling Archery Tenpin Bowling Go-Karting and adventure playgrounds are all nearby.
