For retreat Fishing, Golf or walking, nature lovers will enjoy the comfort of this property overlooking our private lake and feeder canal where the water cascades twenty foot down to the lake. You have the sole use of the hot tub set on your private terrace and the garden table and chairs is convenient for your purpose built BBQ. Bedroom one has a kingsize bed and en-suite shower room, bedroom two has a double bed and a single bed and has a bathroom en-suite. The spacious Living/Dining room has a beautiful view through the large picture window. The kitchen is fully fitted with full size cooker fridge and micro wave with shared washing machine.

Bedrooms:	Bedroom one has a comfortable king size bed with wardrobe dressing table and easy chair.the en-suite shower room adds to your comfort and convenience.
Bathrooms:	Bedroom two has a comfortable double bed and a single bed, with wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers the en-suite bathroom adds to your comfort and convenience
Kitchen:	Fully fitted with full size cooker fridge microwave the washing machine is in the shared laundry room.
Living Rooms:	This room has a wonderful view out of the Large picture window. it has two comfortable sofas a large dining table with 5 chairs satellite T.V. with D.V.D combi. C.D. player.
Other Rooms:
Cleaning/Towels/Linen etc:	Your Beds will be made up for you but you need to bring private towels. Please leave your accommodation as you found it.
Outside:	You have sole use of a Hot Tub and BBQ on your private terrace overlooking our beautiful lake and gardens. our grounds cover 7.5 acres and offer a secure gated area surrounded by farm fields.
