Spacious and well equipped for a holiday home. Fridge, freezer, microwave, gas hob and oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Opens onto the dining room, so the chef isn't left out.
Living Rooms:
Large and airy sitting room with frre to air TV channels, and plenty of comfortable seating. There is a 'real' fire for the cooler evenings of early and late summer.

Large play room, providing space for play out of the sun, or for those inclement days

Outside:
Large garden with access to the river for fishing. Very private with no-one overlooking the property.

Local Area / Activities
Increasing in popularity there is cycling available for all levels. Horse riding, canoeing, fishing, bird watching, rail trips, rock climbing, wine tasting, museums, pot-holing, tennis and of course walking. Golf is available at Albi (18-hole delightful course), where there is also a water-park for children. An afternoon's excursion by canoe through the Aveyron Gorge is considered a 'must' by nearly all guests. With the introduction of 'High Ropes' at Najac most activities are well catered for.
