Our house has been completely restored to provide comfortable modern accommodation. In a tranqil location in on the borders of Lot et Garonne and the Gironde. Secluded salt pool with alarm and plenty of safe play areas for children. Sunloungers, bbq and garden furnature are provided so you can make full use of the sunshine with 'al fresco' dining. Full size kitchen facilities for those who want to eat at home. A fantastic place for those who want to 'chill out' but with excellent faciliteis only a short drive away. Lovely country walks can be accessed from the house. The region has literally thousands of chateaux to view and is dotted with lovely medieval villages and bastide towns with superb gastronomic markets most days. The region is most famous for its Prunes, Foie gras and of course, wine. With the growing regions of Bergerac, Bordeaux, St Emillion, Monbazilliac, Pomeral and Cote de Duras, you will never go thirsty with lots of opportunity for tasting and buying.

Bedrooms:	Bedroom 1. contains a king-size bed with a wardrobe and bedside chests. Bedroom 2. contains either two single beds or a jointed super-king size bed, as well as bedside, tables and a large mirrored wardrobe. Bedroom 3. contains two single beds with matching wardrobe and chest.
Bathrooms:	There is a bathroom which contains a multi-jet shower cabin as well as the washing machine. The WC is separate, next to the shower room.
Kitchen:	There is a spacious well equipped kitchen /breakfast room, including a large fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, dishwasher and full cooking facilities. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
Living Rooms:	Thespacious lounge has comfortable seating as well as a TV/DVD/CD combo. We also have a comfortable, sprung, tetrad sofabed that sleeps 2. The French doors open out onto a large balcony where it is possible to eat while enjoying the most beautiful sunsets. A selection of childrens games and DVD's will help keep the children occupied and a selection of films, books and magazines for the adults
Other Rooms:
Cleaning/Towels/Linen etc:	Linen is provided, all beds are made for your arrival. Towels and pool towels are provided as are T towels and oven gloves.
Outside:	Of road parking and private gardens are provided along with a secluded pool and numourous areas for dining.
Additional notes (if any):	Our aim has been to provide accommodation we would be delighted to say in ourselves if it were our holiday. Therefore, we have tried to make the accommodation comfortable and welcoming.
