Cottages with pool South West France

Six charming cottages with pool, sleeping from between 4 and 8 people. Situated at the edge of the village of St Just, just a few miles from sandy beaches (the nearest being Marennes - miles of other beaches nearby. Near to famous ancient port of La Rochelle and the well-known seaside resort of Royan.

The buildings are very ancient, dating back to the 1600s, and have recently been totally refurbished and renovated. The furniture and fittings are of quality and blend in with rustic style. Each cottage has a TV (with some channels in English), either a video or a DVD.

The pool is new and is fenced-in for child safety, It measures 15m x 18m with a terraced area for lying in the sun. It is situated in a real sun-trap in the main garden area of approx one acre which is completely walled in with a fine stone wall offering privacy and security. Young children will have fun in the kiddy's corner where there is a sand-pit, swings, Wendy house etc.. In the summer we rig up tennis and/or badminton nets for non-serious games on the grass, and there is also table tennis. Fenced private garden for each cottage, BBQ & garden furniture.

The cottages can be rented together or individually.

Bathrooms:	Bathrooms: each cottage has a bathroom with bath & shower except for the 4 bedroom which has 1 bathroom (with WC) and one shower room (with Wc), and one of the 3 two-bedroom cottages has a shower room only.
Kitchen:	The kitchens each have a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and oven and are fully equipped.
Living Rooms:	Each cottage has a TV (with some channels in English), either a video or a DVD, sofa(s) and dining furniture.
Other Rooms:
Cleaning/Towels/Linen etc:	Bed linen & towels, cots & high chairs & babysitting available
Outside:	Swimming pool (fenced) 15m x 18m & large shared walled grounds, child-safe. Fenced private garden for each cottage, BBQ & garden furniture
Additional notes (if any):	All cottages can be connected via the patios (sections of fence which can be removed) and cottage 4 and 5 can be connected via the living room, making 6 bedrooms.
