A traditional cottage which has been beautifully restored with wooden beams and stone steps at the front door.Well eqipped both inside and out.The terrace with table and chairs is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or morning coffee whilst the garden with sun loungers and toys for the children is a great place to relax.The builtin B.B., table and chairs aslo make this a good place to eat.
The cottage is an ideal base for beach or cultural activities, including walking,painting, fishing or diving

Bedrooms:	Master bedroom with double bed and day bed which easily converts to two comfortable single beds. Bedroom 2 (ground floor) features twin beds, open staircase and French doors with security shutters opening on to the courtyard garden.
Bathrooms:	En-suite with large curved shower ,sink with vanity unit and large mirror off master bedroom. En-suite shower room with wet room, sink with vanity unit and large mirror off bedroom two. Both bathrooms are fully tiled.
Kitchen:	The light and airy kitchen has a full sized gas cooker and hob, cooker hood,fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and extractor fan. The kitchen is well equipped with pans, food mixer, liquidiser, scales, cutlery and crockery etc. The kitchen leads on to the wooden terrace and is a lovely place to have breakfast, a drink in the evening or simply watch the world go by.
Living Rooms:	Lovely original beams in the open plan lounge dining room with log effect electric fire. Equipment includes T.V.(English TV by satellite), DVD player with a good selection of DVD's, CD player and radio and lots of games, books and jigsaws. Comfy sofa and chairs coffee table and large dining table.
Other Rooms:
Cleaning/Towels/Linen etc:	Cleaning is carried out prior to visitors arrival. Towels and linen are not usually provided but these can be available by special arrangement.
Outside:	The courtyard garden has outside light, a gas BBQ and is furnished with loungers,sun umbrellas, deckchairs, a bench and large table and chairs for dining outside. There are also a number of outside toys for children. A perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed afternoon drink or evening meal. The terrace is an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast or morning coffee.
Additional notes (if any):	There is a log effect electric fire in the lounge and the bedrooms are heated by convector heaters. The outside terrace and the courtyard garden are gated and therefore safe for children to play outside. There is parking on the drive and also in the residents car park across the road.
