Our spacious and well equipped villa is set in a sunny private garden with its own private pool in a quiet village just 2km South of the stunning medieval town of Mirepoix. Just 30minutes drive through the vineyards of the Aude from the World Heritage walled city of Carcassonne. Easy flights from many UK airports with Ryanair to Carcassonne or BA/Easyjet/Flybe to Toulouse. Alternatively why not take a drive down over the amazing Millau Viaduct on the new A75, perhaps making a stop on the way as part of the trip? Our region is blessed with 300+ days of sunshine per year so take advantage whatever the season. There is something for everyone in this area and no need to take the car out as we have bakery, bar and playground within easy walking distance. The village has a backdrop to wooded hills and the Pyrenees in the distance. Days out are possible to the Med Coast (1hr) Andorra, Spain and Toulouse. Bedrooms:	Two Doubles and Two Twins (one can be made double)on two separate floors which makes very flexible accommodation
Bathrooms:	First floor Bathroom with separate w.c. then shower room with w.c. on separate floor downstairs
Kitchen:	Modern well equipped kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Breakfast table & seating
Living Rooms:	Large Living room with Woodburner, sofas, plenty of seating, games,DVD, CD & Ipod docking. French windows open to outside terrasse for relaxation and eating
Other Rooms:	Dining area within living room sits up to 8 in comfort
Cleaning/Towels/Linen etc:	Bed Linen available to hire for reasonable charge
Outside:	Sunny south-facing terrasse, secluded pool and garden. Gated for children's safety.
