All principal rooms are large; five bedrooms, four receptions, very large and very well equipped kitchen with seating for 14 and pantry/laundry room; there is also a south facing conservatory. One of the informal salons has UK Satilite TV, DVD, Video and HiFi. Accommodates 11 in great comfort. All linen and towels provided. Chateaux tours, catering and extra cleaning can be arranged

Bedrooms:	Five bedrooms. All large with high ceilings. 3 Super King size beds, 1 King size, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. One of the double bedrooms also has a french style daybed. There are 2 baby cots at the Chateau.
Bathrooms:	Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and one has an en suite WC and wash basin. There is also a separate family bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
Kitchen:	Very large and very well equipped kitchen and laundry room; kitchen table has seating for 12+.
Living Rooms:	4 reception rooms and conservatory. One of the informal salons has UK Satilite TV, DVD, Video and HiFi.
Other Rooms:	Pantry/laundry room South facing conservatory
Cleaning/Towels/Linen etc:	All linen and towels provided. Extra cleaning can be arranged.
Outside:	All weather Tennis Court and a Large heated pool with decking and seating with panoramic rural views. Table tennis table in the South East tower, and boules played in the courtyard. Secluded and private with lovely views from a 2.5 acre garden

Local Area / Activities

The Chateau is close to all the excitement and entertainment that the City of Bordeaux, the river Dordogne and the vineyards and food centres of South West France have to offer. There are markets in the local towns and villages throughout the year and the local vineyards organise private tastings.

Tennis, a heated pool, table tennis, private cooks and wine lots of space are available at the Chateau. Close by are the watersport facilities of the Dordogne river and a Championship 27 hole golf course and resort.

The house is equipped with Sky TV and has lots of board games and private space for lazy or wet days.
