Kitchen: Fully equipped, modern kitchen with full size oven, hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster etc. Guests will find tea, coffee and other essential provisions in the cupboards on their arrival.
Living Rooms: Beautifully furnished, good size lounge/dining room. 2 sets of french doors make this living area bright and airy, and provide stunning views from wherever you are in the room.
Other Rooms: Laundry facilities (washing machine).
Cleaning/Towels/Linen etc: The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival and on your departure. Quality bedlinen, towels and bathrobes are provided. There is no extra charge for cleaning and linen - both are inclusive in the rental cost.
Outside: 14 sq metre terrace overlooking the sea and nearby islands. Spectacular 180 degree views from the headlands of Toulon to Isle de Porqerolles and Almanarra Beach.

The area has superb beaches, crystal clear water, traditional villages and colourful fishing ports. With 300 days of sunshine a year, popular activities include wind surfing, kite surfing, diving, fishing and sailing.

Visit the magical island of Porquerolles, dine on fresh seafood at one of the many waterfront and beachfront restaurants or enjoy an aperitif and game of boules in our peaceful, unspoilt local village.

Hyères les Palmiers with its beautiful Victorian villas, palm lined avenues, casino and medieval city centre is less than 10 minutes away. St Tropez, Nice and Cannes are within easy reach as are Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Arles and St Remy. In the mountains which stretch back from the sea are awesome massifs and the magnificent Verdon Gorges.
